Wow has it been a long time!

Between cross stitch, Facebook, Farmville, my store, & working @ the grocery store I couldn't keep up with my blog. Now I'm in Kentucky visiting my family & friends. Since I have a minute, thought I would post just to say hey & see it y'all are still out there!

I have fallen off the blogging planet. I'm just so busy working at Publix. When I'm home I seem to be busy on Facebook. Darn that Farmville!!!! LOL And when I'm here working The Stitch Store I still don't seem to find time to blog. I miss you blogging friends!!! A few of us have connected on FB. But the rest of you I miss. I'm back to cashiering & cake decorating at Publix which is a grocery store. I love working there! My cat Joey who is in the picture with me has now turned 4. His son has turned 2. His picture is on here too. And that's probably why I haven't blogged. That's my life right there. Nothing new going on.

Woo-hoo! I have 100 followers! What a great feeling!

It's Joey & the new me!

Since I got the new car with the leather seats Joey doesn't like to come to my Stitch Store. But he did today & here we are hard @ work in the office. See how we match since I have black hair now?

I have a new job within Publix.

No more cashiering @ the grocery store for me. No more cake decorating either. I've accepted the position of closing the bakery. Guaranteed 35 hours per week! With this economy & The Stitch Store taking in less & less money every month, I had to do something. So it looks like my usual schedule will be going in @ 3pm and working until 10:30pm 5 days per week. *sigh* So now my job will be sweeping, mopping, cleaning, sanitizing, dishes & unloading the truck. Who need the gym? It's going to be quite the physical workout.

I need a phone! Deals out there?

Anybody know of any good deals out there on phones and phone plans? My contract has expired with Sprint. My phone is loosing the functionality of it's buttons. So it's time for a new one. I want an Iphone and Kenneth says it's APPLE which I think to him is the same meaning of the name SATAN. I have a family plan as I have a phone for my son and my mom. Please let me know if there's a good deal out there I should partake of.

I've been told repeatedly I need to be on facebook. I'm in the middle of creating a profile. YIKES!

My old cookie stand-bys

Wanting to work in the kitchen but in an old familiar way. Remember these old school goodies? Just plain ole no bake chocolate oatmeal cookies. And the plain as can be peanut butter cookies that you roll in a ball and squish with a fork. Tried and true and always good!

Starbuck's Double Shot Energy + Coffee

I don't know if y'all drink these or not. I was in my Quick Trip gas station the other day and decided to pick one up. I'm just now drinking it. And.......can you imagine a spoon of cough syrup stirred into a cup of coffee? I got the coffee flavor. I wonder if the mocha or vanilla tastes better.
